NBA 2K20: Best Young Small Forward And Point Guards

The NBA basketball season is approaching quickly. NBA 2K basketball video simulation game - NBA 2k20 has begun. Previously, I have introduced the top ten players in each position in the NBA 2k20. Now let's take a look at the best young small forwards and point guards under the age of 25.

Best Young Small Forward, NBA 2K20
Rank Player Team OVR Age
1 Giannis Antetokounmpo Milwaukee Bucks 96 OVR 24
2 Ben Simmons Philadelphia 76ers 87 OVR 23
3 Jayson Tatum Boston Celtics 85 OVR 21
4 Brandon Ingram New Orleans Pelicans 81 OVR 22
5 Andrew Wiggins Minnesota Timberwolves 79 OVR 24
6 Justice Winslow Miami Heat 78 OVR 23
7 Kelly Oubre Jr Phoenix Suns 78 OVR 23

Giannis Antetokounmpo won his second-straight MVP award in the simulation. The Greek Freak is the reigning MVP this coming season and has exploded his dominance throughout the NBA these last few seasons. He put up a crazy stat line of 31.4 points, 13.8 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game. Antetokounmpo also played well on the defensive end of the season with 1.7 steals and 2.0 blocks per game. He is only 24, mind-blowing.

Ben Simmons of the Philadelphia 76ers is one of the best young players in the NBA. At only 23 years old, Simmons is an extremely decorated young player with a Rookie of the Year award under his belt as well as an All-Star appearance in his second season with the Sixers. Although Simmons has literally no jump shot, he is one of the most aggressive and attacking small forwards in the game.

Jayson Tatum was the third pick back in the 2017 NBA Draft and ever since has cemented himself as one of the league's brightest young players. As a rookie Tatum surprised many by shooting over 43 percent from the three-point line. That was nine points higher than the shot during his one season at Duke when he started 27 of the 29 games in which he appeared and averaged 16.8 points and 7.3 rebounds while shooting 45 percent from the field and 34 percent from the college three-point line.

Best Young Point Guards, NBA 2K20
Rank Player Team OVR Age
1 D'Angelo Russell Golden State Warriors 87 OVR 23
2 De'Aaron Fox Sacramento Kings 86 OVR 21
3 Trae Young Atlanta Hawks 85 OVR 20
4 Jamal Murray Denver Nuggets 84 OVR 22
5 Fred VanVleet Toronto Raptors 79 OVR 25
6 Ja Morant Memphis Grizzlies 79 OVR 20
7 Lonzo Ball New Orleans Pelicans 79 OVR 21

Touted for his lethal step-back jump shot along with deadly handles that earn the praise of fans and experts around the world, D'Angelo Russell now joins the all-mighty Golden State Warriors for this season. Teamed up with accomplished players he will be seeking his first NBA title. The lefty averaged 21.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 7.0 assists last season for the Brooklyn Nets while shooting 43.4 percent from the field, 36.9 percent from beyond the arc and 78.0 percent from the free-throw line. One of the best point guards in the entire NBA is now entering the prime of his career at the young age of 23.

De'Aaron Fox of the Sacramento Kings is one of the most notable up-and-coming young point guards. Fox improved across the board in his second season and actually finished 4th in the NBA in total assists (590), 8th in assists per game (7.3), 6th in total steals (133) and 9th in steals per game (1.6) per Basketball-Reference. At only 6-foot-3, Fox's tremendous vertical jump has led to some amazing in-game dunks off of clean steals and fast breaks – including a memorable (and incredible) game-winning putback jam in his rookie season against the Miami Heat. Fox has been a sensation ever since coming into the NBA during the 2017 NBA Draft. One of the fastest players in today's NBA, Fox has the ability to change the pace of the game with the blink of an eye.

In 81 games in 2018-19, Trae Young averaged 19.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 8.1 assists while shooting 41.8 percent from the field, 32.4 percent from beyond the arc and 82.9 percent from the free-throw line. The 20-year-old recorded 30 double-doubles and one triple-double. Last season's Rookie of The Year runner-up had a stellar second half of the 2018/19 campaign. Dubbed "Ice Trae" for his clutch shots down the stretch for the Hawks.

All these players are good assets we will see in the NBA 2k20. Also, for other information about NBA 2k20 and how to buy NBA 2k20 mt, please click here to view them.
