NBA 2K20 MyTeam: Spotlight Sim Challenges And New Locker Codes

Since there is no real basketball game, 2k has been active recently, with a series of cards previously introduced, Spotlight Sim Challenges recently released, and new locker code also announced, and to help players pass their spare time.

What are the new NBA 2K20 Spotlight Sim Challenges?

NBA 2K MyTeam Twitter revealed the news about new NBA 2K20 Spotlight Sim challenges in a tweet. There are Spotlight Sim Challenges associated with each of the NBA teams. To claim the rewards, you'll need to defeat a certain team using your NBA 2K20 MyTeam. As you progress, the difficulty level also increases.

Right now, there are five challenges per NBA team, with each bringing a reward. At the completion of all five challenges, gamers earn a special Spotlight player card with a high rating of 95 overall.

One catch is that on at least the first of any team's five challenges, they require you have three players from the team on your MyTeam.

How to Access the Spotlight Sim Challenges?

To access the new challenges, head into NBA 2K20's MyTeam mode and scroll on the top menu to "Single Player." Next, choose Challenges and then "Spotlight Challenges." Scroll to the right with your controller to get past the player challenges until you see the first team challenge, the Philadelphia 76ers.

Who are the Diamond player rewards?

You will be rewarded with a new player for each team you complete, and every player is a diamond level or higher. The rewards work like you might expect, with an Eastern Conference, Western Conference, and NBA reward:

    • NBA Reward: Galaxy opal James Harden
    • Eastern Conference Reward: Pink diamond Pascal Siakam
    • Western Conference Reward: Pink diamond Brandon Ingram

Gamers can get a Pascal Siakam PD by completing all of the Eastern Conference team challenges and collecting the player rewards. Gamers can get the Brandon Ingram PD for completing all Western Conference team challenges. A James Harden Galaxy Opal is the top prize, but to land that requires acquiring both Siakam and Ingram.

Each team has five challenges, and the challenges steadily increase in difficulty with each win (you start at Rookie and end at Hall of Fame for each set of five challenges).
