Joel Embiid (91)

Joel Embiid is as dominant a big man as the NBA has ever seen. When Embiid touches the ball opposing defenses collapse hard, and on a team with more perimeter shooting, this could be stopped. While Embiid is a much more traditional center with decent shooting ability but extremely solid paint skills. Karl-Anthony Towns is a massively underrated center for the Minnesota Timberwolves that at just 24-years-old, contend with the very best in the position at the NBA level. Towns is a huge offensive threat with great shooting ability, paint presence, and is coming off a career season for points and assists in a struggling Timberwolves lineup. An NBA 2K21 overall of 90 seems right on the money, especially when you consider he's already averaging very solid numbers for the 2020-21 NBA season that is still in its infancy.

Rudy Gobert (87)

Rudy Gobert is a rock-solid center for the Utah Jazz that locks up offensive pressure time and time again as a back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year winner (with a solid resume to three-peat this year.) Gobert is as much as you could ask for in a defensive-minded center, with a huge presence in the paint and a knack for pulling down rebounds. While he's not the most successful on the offensive side of the ball, he's coming off a career year for rebounds and FG%. An 87 overall seems a tad low for a player with his level of consistency and the resume he's accumulated in terms of his effect on the success of the Utah Jazz.

Bam Adebayo (87)

Bam Adebayo is a 23-year old play at the Center position for the Miami Heat in the NBA. He was the 14th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft selected by the Miami Heat. Only starting in 19 of his 69 games with the Heat in 2018, he has been more of a defensive specialist, holding 5.5 average rebounds against a poultry 6.9 points average. Standing at roughly 6'9", the reason he's been able to be successful despite the lack of height is due to his unrelenting energetic play and hustle. Sitting at an 87 overall, it's safe to say that in a few more years Adebayo could have a rating at or above that 90 overall thresholds that is reserved for the game's best players.

Kristaps Porzingis (87)

Kristaps Porzingis having an 87 overall. The varied attack that he brings to the table in the 5-spot and his success as part of the most efficient offense in basketball history this year is simply too much to ignore. Porzingis brings a varied threat on offense to the Mavericks and forces the defense into awkward situations trying to guard him. At 7'3, Porzingis towers over most big men and can shoot from anywhere on the court. He's also coming off of a career year on assists and rebounds. While Porzingis still has some growing to do on the defensive end, this young 25-year-old is still a deadly threat all around the court.

Andre Drummond (85)

Albeit Jusuf Nurkic is not as famous as other players on this list, the Bosnian player has known how to become one of the best in his position right now. Nurkic hasn't returned to exact form yet, but give him some more games to get reacclimated to the NBA game, and his 84 overall in NBA 2K21 will start to look a bit low for the stellar center.

Deandre Ayton is the NBA one of the most exciting young players in the league right now, no one has ever questioned the talent or potential of Deandre Ayton. During his first 2 seasons, Ayton improved both his scoring and rebounding year over year. The 21-year-old center is ready to take the Phoenix Suns to be a competitive team once again. This guy is a great rebounder, a walking double-double, and a very efficient scorer, averaging an FG% of 58.5. With an NBA 2K21 overall of 84, there's plenty of room to grow for the 6'11" product out of the University of Arizona.
