With the third players ranking update of the NBA 2k20, the three-point shooter ranking has also changed. So, who are the best three-point shooters in the current NBA 2k20?

We've compiled a list of the best three-point shooters in NBA 2K20 following the game's most recent update. Here are the best three-point shooters as of that update:

    • Steph Curry (Golden State Warriors) – 99  3PT, 95 OVR – Offensive Threat
    • Klay Thompson (Golden State Warriors) – 95 3PT, 89 OVR – 2-Way 3-Level Scorer

    • George Hill (Milwaukee Bucks) – 90 3PT, 79 OVR – Shot Creator

Steph Curry – The Golden State man is the best three-point shooter in NBA 2K20. The Warriors point guard averaged 5.1 three-pointers last season, with his total of 354. With an A+ grading on his three-point shooting and hot zones in every single area around the perimeter of the arc alongside an A- IQ, which will improve your chances of keeping the ball with the Warriors PG. Chef Curry will be dishing out the three's all over the court for you in NBA 2K20. There's no doubt his fine form from beyond the arc will continue.

Klay Thompson – The second half of the infamous Splash Brother pairing, Klay Thompson. Like his Golden State teammate, Klay is a danger for opposition defenses, especially from beyond the arc. The shooting guard averaged 3.1 three points last season, on a 40.2% success rate. Klay Thompson is not only one of the best current NBA shooters, but one of the best ever. Whilst he will miss most of the 19/20 season through injury, with an A+ three-point rating on 2K20, you will still be able to see the splash brother drain those threes from all over the court.

Trae Young – Not to discredit Trae Young's talent and abilities, but Young owes a lot to Steph Curry. In many ways, the reason his style of play has led to success in the NBA is due to the game evolving in a post Curry world. He proved the world wrong at the University of Oklahoma, so don't be surprised if he does the same in an Atlanta Hawks uniform for the next decade-plus.

J.J. Redick – NBA veteran JJ Redick is the oldest player in the list of the best three-point shooters in NBA 2K20, and whilst he may have a new club to contend with in the form of the New Orleans Pelicans, he certainly still knows how to shoot the three-ball. The veteran shooting guard may have changed clubs five times, but one thing that has never changed is his ability from deep. He's a 79 overall rating, but a 91 3PT rating. And at 35-years-old, you might be able to get him for relatively little in return.

If you're looking for players with high overall ratings who also excel at 3-point shooting, then we've got players like James Harden or rising star Luka Doncic.

    • James Harden (Houston Rockets) – 83 3PT, 97 OVR
    • Kevin Durant (Brooklyn Nets) – 86 3PT, 96 OVR
    • Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks) – 84 3PT, 96 OVR
    • Paul George (L.A. Clippers) – 83 3PT, 93 OVR
    • Damian Lillard (Portland Trail Blazers) – 84 3PT, 92 OVR
    • Karl-Anthony Towns (Minnesota Timberwolves) – 86 3PT. 91 OVR

James Harden – James Harden led the league in a number of different areas last campaign. His 36.1 points per game average were some eight points better than his nearest competitor, whilst he also drained 378 threes, a league-high.

Kevin Durant – One of the deadliest scorers in the world at this very moment. Although Kevin Durant won't play a single game this upcoming season, Durant is still regarded as one of the best ballers on earth.

Luka Doncic – The Mavericks phenom is just 20-years-old and is averaging 30.3 points and 9.2 assists per game. He started the season rated 87 overall and is now among the top-five players in NBA 2K20.

Paul George – One of the best two-way players in the NBA. The new LA Clipper had his finest season to date by some margin, averaging 28 points, 8.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game. He also added a league-high 2.2 steals per game as he finished 3rd in the NBA MVP voting. With the Western Conference looking stacked ahead of the new season, his move to the Clippers surely makes them a real contender.

Damian Lillard – Damian Lillard was the star man for the Trail Blazers as they produced a stunning season that saw the Portland side reach the Western Conference Finals. The Portland stalwart put up 25.8 points, 6.9 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game during the 2018/19 regular season. Despite the season-ending in a disappointing whitewash to the Golden State Warriors, Lillard comes in as the games second-best point guard, as his rating jumps from a 90 to 92.

Karl-Anthony Towns
– The Minnesota Timberwolves' man has started the campaign in terrific form, averaging 27.3 points, 11.5 rebounds and 4 assists per game. Karl-Anthony Towns will be near the top of every MVP conversation come 2020, and alongside Andrew Wiggins, will have led the Timberwolves back into the playoffs.

While there are still some dominant big men in the NBA 2K20, the three-point shooter boom is a trend that won't go away. So knowing these top 3-point shooters in NBA 2k20 is the best way to win games.
