Zach LaVine - 85 Overall


Zach LaVine had a breakout year for the Bulls this past season, averaging 23.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game while shooting 46.7 percent from the field and 37.4 percent from downtown. LaVine has been given a 96 dunk rating this year. LaVine's 46″ vertical is the highest in the league (equaling Michael Jordan's hops) and allows him to glide through the air with the maximum amount of hang time.

Lauri Markkanen - 83 Overall


Lauri Markkanen stayed the same as 2k19 and is an 83 overall. Lauri Markkanen seems destined for a breakout year like Zach LaVine in which he solidifies himself as a 20 and 10 guy. If he is able to do so, and more importantly at an efficient rate, Lauri is another player who could see his rating get up near 90 overall.

 Otto Porter Jr. - 82 Overall


Otto Porter Jr. had a nice 15-game run with the Bulls prior to being shut down in March, posting averages of 17.5 points, 5.5 boards, 2.7 assists, 2.6 triples, 1.2 steals and 1.7 turnovers per game on 48.3% shooting, so it'll be interesting to see where he goes in next year's drafts. Although his rating likely should be higher than an 82 overall, chances are he gets a bit undercut. If Porter Jr. can prove that he can maintain a 17 plus point per game average in 2019-2020, his rating could hit around 85 marks quickly.

His ability to play off the ball and stifling perimeter defense will be key for his individual and team success, as these skills tend to lead to massive success in the modern NBA. Hopefully, the positive change of scenery can carry over into the next season.

Thaddeus Young - 79 Overall


Thaddeus Young averaged 11.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.6 steals across 31.1 minutes per game the last three seasons for the Pacers. He will bring a veteran presence to a young Bulls team. With Otto Porter and Lauri Markkanen presumably locked in as starters at the forward spots, Young will probably play a reserve role for the team. The 29-year-old forward claimed those exact averages in points, rebounds, and steals. He's also shooting 49.9 percent from the floor and 33.1 percent from downtown.

Wendell Carter Jr. - 78 Overall


Wendell Carter Jr. becomes the solid all-around guy he was expected to become, but his ceiling is still quite unknown. Carter could be as low as his current rating by the end of this year or could be as high as an 84 overall. It will be interesting to see how he develops into his role as the starting center on this young roster.

Carter had his bright spots to be sure – he finishes his rookie campaign averaging 7.0 rebounds and 1.3 blocks – and despite his smaller build for an NBA center, proved he can anchor a unit. It's unfair to dig into his numbers too much considering he spent the majority of his minutes alongside Bobby Portis, Markkanen and Jabari Parker, who aren't exactly Serge Ibaka replicas. The Bulls' defensive efficiency was almost identical when Carter was on the floor (115.7) as it was when he was off it (115.6).
