4). Player Lock


Player Lock is a unique camera angle that locks to the current player you are controlling. It might make you woozy but if you are used to it, it can be quite entertaining.

5). Side

This is an angle that is like the broadcaster's view but removes the courtside seats and fans to the camera. It is more focused and it is just above the player's head in an overhead view from the side.

6). Skybox


The skybox is exactly what it is. It is the view from the VIP fans on top of the stadium which is a higher camera angle than 'high'.

7). 2K

This is the main camera angle used for MyPlayer and MyCareer. It switches the camera in a unique style every time the possession is switched. There are 3 different styles for the 2K angle which are all adjustable zooms from low, normal, and high.

How to Change Camera Angles in NBA 2K21?

First off, it's highly recommended that you take care of this before playing an online game. The reason being that to change the camera angle, you will have to press pause during a game. With that said, the first step you should take is to boot up a local game to fix the camera.

Here's a breakdown of the process for changing the camera angles:

1). Once in-game, press options (PS4) / Start (Xbox One) to enter the options menu, then cycle to "Camera" and select that option.

2). There are a bunch of preset camera options here, including Drive, High, Nosebleed, Parametric, Player Lock, Side, Skybox, Swivel, 2K, and 2K Low. Select your preference using the triggers.

3). To edit the presets, select from the different options, such as zoom, height, key zoom, rev angle, auto flip, fixed height, and flip-style.

4). Remember to save before exiting.

If you decide you don't like the way the camera looks in 2K21 after your changes, you can go back into the menu and choose "Reset to Default." This restores the NBA 2K21 settings for the camera to how they originally were.

Changing Options in Neighborhood Mode

Changing the camera angle in the online Neighborhood mode works a little differently since you can't bring up the menu by pressing options. Instead, simply press right on the d-pad to change the camera set up.
